Operator review. Services are performed by an independent transportation operator, who reviews each itinerary, vehicle suitability, and availability before a quote is issued.
Quotes. Each quote states its price, currency, included services, applicable terms, and an expiration date. Quotes may be revised if trip details change.
Confirmation. A reservation is confirmed only after you accept the quote and payment is verified by the payment processor.
Cancellations & changes. Cancellation and change terms vary by vehicle, date, and trip type, and are provided with your quote before acceptance.
Capacity. Vehicle passenger figures are nominal. Final suitability for your passengers and luggage is determined by the operator.
