How onboarding works

  1. Create your account at the operator sign-in page and register your company name.
  2. Complete your company profile: legal name, contacts, dispatch phone, license numbers and service area.
  3. Upload your license, insurance certificate, W-9 and signed independent contractor agreement.
  4. Add each vehicle in your fleet with seating capacity.
  5. Enter your rate card per vehicle type: hourly rate, minimum hours, flat airport rate and fuel baseline.
  6. The brokerage reviews your documents and activates your company. Shared trip requests then appear in your dashboard.

  • Certificate of insurance
  • IRS Form W-9 (for 1099)
  • Independent contractor agreement
